TAKIS CANELLOPOULOS

Mr Takis Canellopoulos joined Titan Cement Group in 1995 and was Investor Relations Executive Director and Member of the Board of Directors for several years. He is Member of the Board of Canellopoulos-Adamantiades Insurance Group and was Vice-Chairman of AEK F.C. (2004-2009).

Mr. Canellopoulos holds a B.A. in Economics from Brown University and an M.B.A. from New York University – Stern School of Business, concentrating in Finance.

GEORGE KOUFOPOULOS

Chairman of the Board - Chief Executive Officer & Chief Invetment Officer at 3K Investment Partners MFMC Single Member S.A.

Mr George Koufopoulos was born in 1969. He is Chairman of the Board, CEO & CIO of 3K Investment Partners MFMC Single Member S.A. He holds over 20 years of professional experience in the financial sector. He received BA in Mathematics from the University of Athens and an MBA in International Banking & Finance of Birmingham University. He is inspired by the American investor and entrepreneur, Warren Buffet, while his business model in terms of structure, activities and results is 3G Capital.
